Michael Marlow Delivering A New Approach to Health

Coach Marlow has been in the fitness industry since arrival in Australia in 2017 and with a background in coaching a variety of different sports, he was driven to CrossFit and gym ownership after spending years as just a coach. With a vision on helping people achieve their best self, Marlow found his own direction. This is how CrossFit Awaken came to be. CrossFit Awaken is a community delivering functional fitness in a safe environment. No goal is to big or small. He believes the foundational values and a dedicated approach to health and fitness will push you into the direction that you want. Awaken Your Potential.
